Green coat

I fell in love with that emerald green Mango faux fur coat because of how chic and big it looks, and of course how soft it feels! It has a retro vibe to it so I was inspired to pair it with my tee and jeans from Stoned Immaculate clothing because the 70s are some of my favorite aesthetic vibes. I'm always so happy when I get to do a retro shoot so how cool it is that I could make my own?! I wanted to go to the Upper East Side to take the pictures to keep up with the chic of the coat.

The weather in New York right now is just between Winter and Spring, one moment you're freezing and the other you're just sweating, so I didn't really want to play with layers here. I love how different the look is with and without the coat: with, it's chic and fluffy, without, the vibe is more relaxed and cool. I also didn't want to add too much to the outfit because the cuts are strong already, so a pair of Topshop heeled boots, and a minimal bag from APC was all it needed.

I had some loop earrings and a fisherman hat too, wondering at first if it would be too much of a "total look" as I don't love that in general, but I do think it fits here! What do you think?
